In the app, go to your channel or integrations area, choose a platform, and follow the OAuth steps to authorize Schedra Labs. After connecting, the channel appears in your composer and calendar.

Click Sign up on the homepage, enter your email and password, and confirm your account from the activation email. You can then log in and open the dashboard to start connecting channels.

We offer an entry Explorer plan and paid tiers with more channels, posts, and AI credits. See the Pricing page for current limits and what is included on each plan.

schedra labs is a scheduling platform

Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Keep cookies and JavaScript enabled for login and channel connections.

Watermark removal is available on plans that include that capability. Check your plan details or upgrade if you need exports without watermarks.

Yes, where the platform API allows it. Formats and limits depend on each network; the composer surfaces supported media types per channel.

You can review engagement, reach, growth, and posting activity across connected channels. Higher plans add deeper reporting, benchmarks, and intelligence features.

AI Visibility helps you track how AI search and assistant products mention your brand, so you can see citations, share of voice, and related signals in one place.

You can upgrade or downgrade from billing settings. Changes may take effect at the next renewal or immediately depending on the option you choose.

Credit policy depends on your plan. Monthly allocations typically reset each billing cycle; see your plan description or invoice details for the exact rules.

When annual billing is available for your region, you will see it on the checkout or plan change screen. It may include a discount versus paying monthly.

We support major cards and other methods shown at checkout. Enterprise customers may use invoicing where agreed.

Where the product supports BYOK (bring your own key), you can add keys in settings so usage routes through your account. Availability depends on the integration and your plan.

We connect with popular automation tools where listed in the Integrations hub. Use them to trigger workflows between Schedra Labs and the rest of your stack.

A REST API is available on eligible plans so you can automate publishing and read data programmatically. Refer to API documentation in Resources or your admin area.

Contact support or use account closure options in settings if available. We will confirm ownership before permanently deleting data subject to legal retention requirements.

Open Teams or workspace settings, send an invite by email, and assign a role so collaborators only see what they need. Limits depend on your plan.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page, enter your email, and follow the message to set a new password.

Go to Profile or Account settings in the app. Some changes may require re-verification for security.
